CAARS-style reflection

A short reflection inspired by the Conners Adult ADHD Rating Scales. The full CAARS is a 66-item commercially distributed instrument typically administered by an RCI-registered clinical psychologist or psychiatrist. This educational version is much shorter and is for orientation only.
