WURS-25 - retrospective childhood pattern

The Wender Utah Rating Scale, short form, is twenty-five items that adults answer about how they were as children. ADHD diagnostic criteria require that some symptoms were present before age twelve. The WURS-25 helps a clinician establish that part of the picture from the patient's own recollection. It is not diagnostic by itself.
